There was an abandoned condo development near the heart of Austin. It became the Hope Outdoor Gallery where graffiti artists could explore and share their work in an open and free environment. I shot there a few times, as is tradition among Austin photographers. Unfortunately, it was demolished a few years ago. The replacement site is far out of town and has yet to open. All that exists now are the remnants of Hope captured by those who documented what others made. Here are some of mine.
